Shipping Policy

At Kingfisher Studio, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure that your purchases reach you in a timely manner. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we handle the shipment of your orders.

 

1. Shipping Method

We exclusively use UPS (United Parcel Service) as our designated shipping carrier. All orders will be shipped through UPS for reliable tracking and delivery.

 

2. Shipping Options

We currently offer shipping services only and do not provide local pickup or delivery options. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

3. Shipping Timeframe

Please allow 7-10 business days for items that are in stock to be shipped. In the case of items that are not in stock or require additional processing time, please allow 10-15 business days before shipment. We will do our best to keep you informed about any delays or changes to the estimated shipping timeframes.

 

4. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost for your order will be determined by the weight of the item(s) being shipped. During the checkout process, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed based on the total weight of the products in your order.

 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the UPS website or through their tracking services. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this limitation.

 

7. Order Confirmation and Shipping Notifications

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email with the tracking information.

 

8. Order Modifications and Address Changes

If you need to make any modifications to your order or change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed for shipment.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.
