RETURN Policy

At Kingfisher Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of the order date. Please read the following return policy to understand the process and conditions for returning your item(s).

 

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any item(s) that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

   a. Contact us within 30 days of the order date to notify us of your intention to return the item(s). You can reach us by email at joyce@kingfisherstudioart.com.

   

   b. Carefully package the item(s) for return, ensuring that they are securely protected to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for the safe return of the item(s) to us.

   

   c. Ship the item(s) back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method of your choice. The return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Kingfisher Studio.

   

   d. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

3. Refund

Upon receiving the returned item(s) in satisfactory condition, a refund for the purchase price will be issued. Please note that Kingfisher Studio does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged or defective item(s).

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and will not be eligible for a refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective. These may include personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for more information on the eligibility of specific items for return.
