  • Do you accept commissioned projects?
    Kingfisher Studio accepts commissions of your home! Select the commission option in our inventory with your preferred medium and dimensions. Afterward, email Kingfisher Studio directly with your order number and the chosen photo of your home.
  • What if the item is lost or damaged?
    In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue and find a satisfactory solution.
  • Am I able to track my package?
    Yes! Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
  • Can I return the item if...
    To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all the original tags and packaging. Reach out to us within 30 days of the order date to notify us of your intention to return the item. Some items are non-refundable, please check the product description for more information on the eligibility for return, and for more detailed information on returning an item, visit our return policy page.
  • Where did the Kingfisher Studio name come from?
    I chose Kingfisher as the name for the studio because they’re one of my very favorite birds. Tidewater natives, kingfishers are distinctive, unique, and unmistakable. They’re also one of the few species of birds in which the female is more colorful than the male. It’s a perfect fit!
  • Is there a physical location?
    Unfortunately, there is no Kingfisher location for potential customers to visit.
